Endre øvelser i treningsprogram

Jeg skal følge treningsprogrammet for nybegynnere som ligger her inne på fitnessbloggen, men har ikke like god tilgang på utstyr. Jeg har benk, stativ og manualer. Jeg trenger alternative øvelser til sittende roing, nedtrekk foran og nedpress. Noen som kan hjelpe?
