Hei :) Målet mitt er å gå ned ca 15 kg, idag veier jeg 87. Jeg er 26 og 185 cm høy. Jeg spiser mye sunnere enn før og kaloriene mine ligger på 1800 tilsammen for dagen. Spørsmålet er da treningsprogrammet mitt, jeg trener styrke 4 ganger i uken og cardio 3 ganger i uken. kan dette bli for mye trening.
