Veldig breie hang-ups

Har siste halvåret begynt å kjøre veldig brede hang-ups. Før kjørte jeg mye vanlig i skulderbrede, men nå kjører jeg ganske bredt.

Har økt veldig siste tiden! 

Er dette god trening? Hva er å foretrekke ? Er dette god trening? 

Trenger veldig mye rygg nå, for å kompensere for all rygg trening jeg har unngått i ungdomstiden ;)
