X-strenght... Trenger noen avklaringer.

Hei !

Nå er det godt mulig eg spør meget dumt, men eg har lest om x-strenght programmet nå om og om igjen.

Når det står (dag 1 øvelse 1)

Knebøy: 1x5 - betyr det. Da, 1 sett x 5 rep?? For det står også at en skal ha en 3-4 sett i forkant...?
