Morsomt er vel knebøy, mark og benkpress.

Men for å holde kroppen frisk, ville jeg sagt... hip thrust, bulgarske utfall, rumenske markløft, nedtrekk, push ups og planken!

Øvelsesutvalget blir vel farget av målet...Jeg har alltid med markløft, hantelpress i skråbenk, og pull ups. Dette er et must.
